image007Washington, DC — April 22, 2015 — Varley USA, Inc. has established new offices at 8000 Towers Crescent Drive, Suite 1329, Vienna, VA 22182. The expanded offices are in response to a substantial increase in his business base. In commenting on this move, Matt Hederstrom, CEO of Varley USA said, “We needed to bring the team together in a single office suite in order to more effectively deal with the mounting volume of opportunities which we are facing. 8000 Towers Crescent Drive is an ideal location for us as it brings us closer to the people and organizations which have been supporting our growth.”

Varley USA focuses on growing its business base in three key business areas; aerospace & defense, specialized vehicles, and advanced electric motor and generator technologies. In addition to establishing a business base for the Australian parent company in the U.S., the subsidiary is forming strategic partnerships to further leverage the Varley Group’s technologies and capabilities.

“Varley Group has provided its customers with innovative solutions and quality designs and products for over 125 years,” said Jeff Phillips, Managing Director of The Varley Group in Australia. “We have a long history of doing business within the U.S. and establishing a formal presence in the states was the logical next step in continuing our success in this market. Through establishing the subsidiary, Varley is better positioned to grow that success and to provide our U.S. partners and customers a wide range of unparalleled services and products through strategic partnerships and growth through acquisitions.”

“Over the years the Varley Group has built a substantial base of business in the U.S. through a wide range of relationships with major government contractors,” said Dr. Earl “Chief” Smith II. “Varley USA is committed to increase its parent’s footprint in the U.S. market by establishing strategic partnerships with major US engineering firms. The strongly positive reception which we have received since our launch in late 2014 has been most gratifying. The move to Tysons will help us better take advantage of those opportunities.”
